Kelly Cartwright is an Australian Paralympic athlete, born on 22 January 1989, in Geelong, Victoria. She is widely regarded as one of the most inspiring athletes in the world. Cartwright began her professional career in athletics after undergoing surgery for a rare form of cancer which led to her right leg being amputated above the knee. Despite the setback, she decided to pursue a career in sports and has since achieved great success, including gold and silver medals at the Paralympic Games.
Cartwright is known for her incredible strength, determination, and resilience. She has won numerous awards and holds multiple records in her discipline.
