Handball

Handball is a team sport that requires players to use their hands to hit a small, rubber ball into the opposing team's goal. Field Handball

• Inclusive Sport: Adapted for athletes with physical disabilities. It follows similar rules to team handball but is played with wheelchairs, providing an inclusive sporting opportunity.

Mini Handball

• Youth Sport: Designed for children and beginners. It's played on a smaller court with fewer players, providing a fun and accessible introduction to the sport.
